It’s dead at sea !I had a usable computer & now I have nothing. The user should click on the user Account written on the box.

The mouse is a brand new Microsoft mouse ,also tried an alternate. Notably, the keyboard not working nor the alternate and the mouse laser lite on ,but no pointer. However, this time when I came back it was going thru the tail end of the process and had to reinstall windows ,which takes several restarts, it settled finally on the usual Login screen with date and time on one side and icon on other ,but somethings didn’t work. The other day I had some free time away from desktop and thought I might spruce up my pc to run a little faster.I knew would take a few hours so I went thru windows recovery process as I have done before usually with improved results or at least unchanged.
